This is my second year to participate in the Zoo Run Run. While my time is faster this year than last year, it is little disappointing that I couldn't run just a little bit faster to get a PR. However, I did run 6.15 miles in the AM as part of the FleetFeet 1/2 marathon training. Seeing how I had NEVER run 6.15 miles ever before at one time, let alone run a 3.1 mile race later in the same day, I will have to be pleased with these results.
