Notes

Walked two miles on the treadmill. I ramped up to a 15 minute per mile walk for 90% of those two miles. I ran the third mile at a 10:40 or faster pace. After that mile, I walked at a 15 minute per mile pace until the clock reached 45 minutes. I worked up a sweat running but it wasn't hard, so that was interesting.
