Planned interval session of 3x1600 at 6:36 with 400 RI. Did 15 minute warm-up at 8:00's. Set TM for intervals at 9.2 mph or 6:31 at elevation 1.0. First mile was the toughest getting into the groove. Did about 20 sec walk after interval and then brought TM back up to 7:00' mm. Finished set with about 22 minutes of running at MP - 15 with varying the elevation up to 4.0.... whew! Felt good!
