Nice run with group. Becky, Michelle, Robin, Cremer, McCullough, Jimbo, Doug, Rick and me. Rained for 2nd half of run, but felt nice. Did hilly route and pushed up 'em. Felt good to lean and dig. Greg Cremer and I pushed the last 3+ miles back. Felt good to turn it up a bit. Saw an awesome double rainbow on way back. Colors came right down to the ground... you could touch the rainbow! Amazed at "Cuch" doing this as her 2nd run of the day... 18 total! She is a machine...
