Notes

Planned hill run to use uphills in place of intervals and downhills to help strengthen and trash the quads. Route was from Y to trail past McCulloughs to SSYA field to rail trail. Left up Oak Street and up the hill. Left on Hanson Ridge and long downhill back to 111. Followed Dick's route past baseball field to Main Street by townhall. Continued to Emery St and down the big hill still on Dick's loop. Right on Grammar up the hill to June past hospital and across 111 and down June St. hill. See Map.

Really kept cadence fast on down hills, but controlled downhill speed. Head tipped forward with slight downhill lean.

L Abbie let me know it was thrilled about the run! Happy with workout. We should do this route on Tuesday's!
