Tempo at HM pace. I just felt like running hard today! 10 miler at anout 7:28 pace (faster than my mid-winter 10 miler race!). Felt good... last 3 miles were tough byt just kept pushing. No idea how McCullough could run a faster pace per mile for 26.2 in Boston! Anyway nice to get in the groove again!
