Bagged going in this AM I was still tired from yesterday and was up at 4:00 AM for snow day decision. Closed school at noon and sent staff home at 2:30. Decided to skip (yes I'm a wuss) 5:00 run from Y in exchange for needed interval workout. Besides look what happend to Jim Berger in the snow!
Planned Interval Workout - 5x1000m at 3:57 or 6:22 pace. This was tough... I just didn't have the lungs for it today. I was coughing alot and couldn't seem to get my groove. Had elevation on 1 then lowered it to .5. Did 400 m Rest Interval between each (and I needed it!). Did 15 minute warm-up and 10 minute cool down. Glad it's behind me.
