Great run after three day break. Wanted to do progression in Mid tempo range. All felt good. Triathlon on Sunday. If only I feel this good at the end!

dave...remember to fuel yourself. i like to think of these sprint tri's as a half marathon. so whatever you would fuel yourself in terms of calories burned in a half do the same in the tri. for me(as an example) gu/5 hour/2 no doze sometime before swim...gu before/start bike(for me 15 miles on bike is 5 running)...gu before/start run. that would take me through it pretty good. and hydrate as needed also. so whatever you use to fuel yourself, do it. good luck...you're going to do great!
