Planned tempo run of 5 miles at Mid-Tempo pace of 7:18... Of course I had to push it a bit with a progression run. Not too bad considering last week I barely ran at all because of work and family - and now I got a crappy cold again... scratchy throat and I'm drowning! Feel good I got it done as I was really ready to bag it.
Course was trails to 109 to Stanley and back via River Street in Springvale.
