Planned 6x800 at 6:49. TM was quite a bit faster than watch. Very different on this TM (#4 from L-R on back row) vs #1. Kicked my arse tonight, but guess I was running intervals faster than planned. HR was also elevated likely indicating I am tired... Heck getting up at 4 AM to check weather day after to day sucks!
