Notes
First time running outside in months! Left watch at home but noted time out and in. Happy with the run... cold out, but what a joy to finally get out. Kept cadence 90-92 spm and really worked at keeping abs tight and using glutes on each stride. Both stomach and butt ache after run! Minor knee twinge for a few strides, but then went away. Right hamstring in middle ached a bit on final mile home - the point of the injury.
So this was a great way to end 2014. Despite the disaster of the last few months, I still had one of my best running years combined with my highest mileage ever 1663.9.
Race Recap -
*B2B 10K - 5th in AG out of 143 - and won $50!
*Old Port 1/2 Marathon - 1st out of 22 in AG and won a buoy! (This race was actually screwed up by the spotters - but still came out to 1/2 marathon pace PR)
*Strawberry 5 miler - 1st out 9 in AG - Nice glass!
*Mt. Washington Race - PR by 4 minutes (and beat MS!) 10th out of 60 in AG and placed for WC

*Boston Marathon - 79 in AG out of 1112 (7.1%) - Missed Boston PR by 13 seconds from 3 years ago.
