Planned workout - Intervals: 10 minute warm up. Plan was to do 1 Mile at 6:46 pace; 2 Miles at 6:50; 2x800 at 3:15. Actual= 1 mile @ 6:31; 2 miles @ 6:38 pace; 800m at 6:10/6:14 pace. Ran at SHS track - sort of cold with chilling wind. Haven't run on track all season. Did last 800 in reverse to keep hips happy. Funny bump on arch of left foot has developed in last week. Doesn't hurt but moves around under tongue of shoe... OMG it's alive... Must be from repetitive rubbing from new shoes? Will try new lacing next run. Day off tomorrow and easy 2 miles on Sat befoe HM on Sunday. 7 weeks to VCM.
