Running with tight chest still, but felt better than I thought it would. Not too many hack attacks! Interesting to note that average HR was up about 5 beats... sign of body still under siege? Anyway, juggling the week's plan to see if I can work in planned SOS runs and pick up the long run Saturday. Not sure if I can handle the intervals tomorrow, but I will try... if it feels ok I will continue with plan.
