Easy group run from Y - Michelle, Becky, Cremer, Lance, Doug, Jimbo, Rick, McCullough, Gadbois... anyone else?
This was a doubler for me, so I want to keep it in check... good luck with the sprint through Springvale! Felt pretty good though calves are a bit sore. Lance did 20+ today... awesome along with pretty amazing 1600 intervals and an awesome kick at the end. Tomorrow will either bike or swim or both depending on storm.
