Man, that's alot of running! Whew, glad its done. Scheduled 20 miler at 8:35 pace... Held pace pretty close 8:30 after warm up miles. Last 4 miles were ++ making for a negative split. Lower Ab (hernia?) pain was pretty constant for first 6 miles. Bringing knees higher helped, but it never went away... and BTW, don't cough! WTF is going on there? Big hill at mile 10 to 12 and another at 16-17. Anyway, 20 goes on forever... added 1 for good measure. Could I have done 5 more...yeah. Pace is upper limit of BQ. Jane met me at 8 and mile 15 with extra water and Powerade. With heat it was a must. Final weight was 147 after drinking 16 oz when getting home. Figures I lost 4-5 pounds.
