Yowsah... I can fly again! Somedays just feel good and this was one! Route included long Bragdon hill at mile 5 (7:45) and steep Quarry Hill at 7, but really stayed on pace and cadence. No metronome and didn't look at watch. Kept strides very short and quick along with standard TD rhythmic breathing at 1 breath per 4-5 steps. Left abbie was a about 2 level of nagging pain. NO ankle pain or pain on right abbie. Felt very light on feet tonight. Must be the perfect wx of 56 degrees and clouds. Gotta be happy with this one!
