Notes

Good run with the group and the 2nd half of my double. I appeared to have survived... the bottle water and beer when I got home helped. I forgot my watch so I scabbed off Cremer's times. He finished about 1 second in front of me. Quite a kick from the group at the end. A bit hairy in the dark with with slippery conditions. I rolled my right ankle once which spooked me, but seems to be ok. Stay loose. Tomorrow morning I swim.
