Planned 14 Long Run @ 8:36 pace. Used eGel @ mile 8 & carried two bottles. R shoulder cramps... ouch! L-ankle pretty good today with a slight twinge at mile 12-13. Little pick up at end. Most mileage in a week I have ever done!
