Planned Interval Workout. 3 sets of (2x1200) @ 6:37 pace or 4:58/1200. 2 Min RI between reps, 4 Min RI between sets. Felt good, no pain anywhere! Strong wind on back 100 M made it more of a challenge. Beat all reps, but stayed fairly consistent. Been two days since HM and I feel well recovered. Last night's easy run was what I needed.
6 weeks to VCM. Friday - 10mi @ MP, Sunday 15 @ MP+20.
