Good run. Snuck it in at 3:00 PM and then back to office. That way could run outside in light and work in the dark! Beaver Hill and Littlefield always a good hill workout. Didn't look at watch, but looks like I naturally picked it up on way back. Hills are a great warm up! No ab pain for a change... Yeah! Did 1 mile on treadmill after to calibrate food pod.
