Run at the Northampton MA Y while visiting Caroline. Hadn't run for several days due to a crazy fall I took at my parents house Friday afternoon. Tripped over a cable holding up a Xmas tree on their deck and landed full force on the knee I just had surgery on. Cut it up in a couple spots on the knee cap. Really hurt. Did lots of icing which helped. Seemed to respond well to the rest. Time to get back to work. Great to run side by side with my kid.
