I should put something under equipment as one may wonder if I'm "au natural!"
Did more than half freestyle today and actually did several full laps free style... with maybe a 3 second breather. No flip tuns for this body.Felt pretty good but get so winded after each length. Don't know how the cuch does it, let alone all the old folks swimming on each side of me stringing lap after lap... It's coming... Finished with a 33 minute 10.3 mile bike workout - hills.
