First run in 10 days. Oh joy to be on my feet again! Ran easy to yellow store after lots of ITB stretching and roller massage. Pain at about 4 - Mostly on upper quad and lower glute, along with upper IT. Gait seemed smooth, without hobbling! Easy pace, but felt like I could go faster. Ice and stretching after. About three hours later leg is tight and some pain. Wish I was running Bob's tonight. Will run more tomorrow.
