Scheduled 12 mile long run at HMP + 20 or 7:47. Great wx and first run since nasty chest cold. Who needs Mucinex... just run, cough, yuk! Felt great going ot, but was an ordeal coming back. The long 2 mile hill was a bugger. Did a eGel at mile 6 with 8 oz water. Pretty consistent pace, though I reLly felt like I was dragging the s3cond half. Hard week to run with cold, need to get back on sked this week. I was inspired to get out and run with the great results of the CN marathoners!!!
