Little longer tonight. Pain at 3 mostly on upper quad abductor. No IT pain, but some glute (periformis) pain about 3 at 10 minutes. Kept stride even and light, distance length... No speed work for this puppy for awhile. Felt good to get endorphines back. Lots of ice on glute, IT, upper knee and upper quad. Used Biofreeze after shower along with two Motrin. Legs don't hut after shower, but feel stiff. Will use roller and hope that tomorrow is pain free!
