Trail run... Rocky and dusty up North Mountain and back down, then cross country to Shaw Butte up and down, Big mothers and steep. Happy I could actually maintain pace to allow me to run all the way up. Run down required cadence at about 220, but heck I did it! I really needed to watch footing... Felt like play jump and hopping over rocks and bounding over boulders. great fun.

I forgot to start Garmin on decending each montain and didnt catch it for a bit so it looks like I hang glided! Pretty impressive elevation profiles.
