PLANNED INTERVALS. 8X600 @ 6:53 TO 6:40 PACE with 200m recovery at 10:00 mm pace. Felt good. Young girl next to me was banging out 11.5 on the TM for 10 minutes straight. The ran 20 seconds intervals at 9.5 at elevation 15 for 30 seconds each. Former Sanford grad now at Georgetown as a miler on the track team. Very impressive and nice kid!
