A real slogger out there this morning in beautiful Southold, NY. Legs felt pretty good -- even a little peppy! -- considering the extreme humidity. I was drenched. Carried three water bottles and took an eGel at Mile 7. Had to do some new routes to get the miles. 28 Days to the Chicago Marathon. This long run today was motivated by a generous donation to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation from a running friend Matt. Running for my brother Alex!
