Gorgeous day for a run/ Black flies were out and I ate a few. A little protein on the run! I hadn't run for since Tuesday, and that wasn't pretty! Felt light and moved along nicely. Felt some left leg shin splint pain for first few miles than eased into groove. Quarry hill isn't so big any more. I actually look forward to the uphills! I call this a Long Tempo. Hope to run 15-16 on Sunday easy... Trails would be nice... Any takers?
