Planned long run of 13 miles at 8:08 pace. Ran with Sailor Runner... his first day on terra firma. He ran awesome for a guy just off the boat!!! My legs were heavy for most of the run and really was glad when it was done. Hit my goal pace by steady increase in pace tp end. Had snow in face for first half and a pretty cold wind. Wore 2 tights, 3 shirts and WB. Did 1 Egel at 6 miles... needed it.
Overall week pace was quite a bit faster than previous weeks... Good week.
