PLAN: 7 miles, 1 easy, 4 miles @ MT 7:22, 1 easy
Actual... Did 6 miles at 7:19 pace after 1.5 mile warm up. Had metronome with me and set at 180 BPM and nailed it. Tiring due to new stride length, but no ab pain... Butt and left hammie we not happy.. New muscles being called on, but was pleased with ability to Hold the 180 BPM. Will stretch and roll out muscles later.
