Zero run day, so I thought it would be nice to do some swimming. Had lane all to myself, at first, then had to share, then a line of people waiting and then the whole pool was a circus with kids. Did 12 laps before the mayhem. Ended workout with 15 minutes of water running. been awhile and yes I do feel it! Double tomorrow if all goes as planned. intervals on TM in AM then CN at night.
