Easy progression run including Bald Hill Climb. Actually after first few miles I felt pretty good. Sort of like Forrest Gump as he is being chased, and Jennie is yelling, "Run Forrest, Run!" The leg braces seemed to finally fall off and I was able to pick up the pace.. Semmed like forever since I was running sub 8. Base building is a priority. Swim tomorrow with Michelle... :)
