Trail running around Sebago Lake State Park. Beautiful trails - soft and wide. Left watch behind but had map to calculate mileage. Ran from the East side up to the gate and went over to West park. Ran up hill to camp ground area. Cut across to Thompson Rd and then into woods on Wilderness Trail. Ran into another trail runner, Mike. Ran the last 4 with him. He was from Naples and about 64.
