Group run. Ran mostly with Michael. Started out really slowly. Legs were heavy and a little painful in the groin. Slow build up to Springvale Stampede. Felt good on the stride out and chase at the end. Ice and Ibuprofin to keep the ab in order. Thanks Jimbo for the popsicles. Need a 10 miler at 7:50 pace along with intervals this week. 15 miler on Sunday... Any takers?
