Heck... it was raining, I had one hour between meetings so I hit the Treadmill. Easy progression every mile and then every 800m up to 9 MPH or 6:35 then ease back. Felt good, minimal ab pain L. Wish I could have run longer, but had to get to evening meeting! Recorded data with footpod. Have calibrated it to TM, but who know how close they are to "reality."
