Tried to make this a hard workout by starting out on Y trails and then pushing myself up Hanson's Ridge Rd... Mother of a Hill. Went across HR and down steep hill to the Rail Trail back to OAk St and continue on to Main Street. Up around Springvale and back. I carried water bottle as it was hot. Legs were definately tired and heavy today. Glad I did it. Thought I might to 11 miles, but decided to call it at 8.
