Nice EASY run with group... organzied by Cremer! Michelle, Greg Gaudreau, Doug, Gadbois, Cremer and me. Did Littlefield loop with cul du sac. As usual I wore too much... Gadbois and Sherman were in shorts... me in tights, two shirts, fleece and windbreaker. At least I was warm to start and sweating profusely at the end. First time for two days of running in a row for a long time. Ran yesterday, 3 with Carrie with and add on of 7 miles, then todays 7.8. Everything felt fine...actually the tops of both of my feet hurt from the shoes... go figure. Tomorrow is break day.
