Planned Interval workout. 8x800 @ 6:30 pace or 3:15 per interval with 1:30 Rest Interval. Tough workout! Barely catch breath and off on next interval! I did it and hit all but one interval on sked or better. This is the last tough interval set till VCM. Still have a 5 miles @ Mid Tempo Pace plus a 13 mile long Sunday at MP. Tapering is a nice break!!
NOTE: Added 7 half laps to this for RI or about .87 miles.
