HOT, so I decided to do a long run on the Eastern Trail... in the shade. Glad I did. Started at 76 and ended at 88F. Brought water bottle. Did add on that is part of the Harvest Half to bring it up to 13. ET is about 5.3 from Kennebunk to Biddeford.Legs were a bit heavy in the heat, but did pick up a little on way back. Good week of running! Just competed 1100 miles since January which is more than I did in all of 2012! Ha.
