Easy run because I wanted to... heh... Shake down, to shake out the cobwebs. Threw in several striders to get legs to turnover quicker. I did alot of stretching afterwards. I just needed to run and it felt... Guess with THE marathon in less than 24 this might be a double! Now time to get ready, pack and review the course. It's been a real trip the last 16 weeks. Bring it on.
