In NY with the folks for the weekend. Last "long" run before HM next Sunday. Just couldn't end fast enough... Don't know what it was, but at mile four it felt like I should be done. Had an idiot driver cut corner and push me to the grass. I yelled at him and he got out of car and told me I should be running with the traffic. I yelled back at him and said he was wrong... I could have out run the idiot if I had to. Anyway planned run was for 8 miles at 7:47... ran too fast as always.
