Ran the Mid-Winter Classic course using iFit on Nordic Track. Map included all the hills and inclines and TM adjusted accordingly. Found how I could preprogram the speed I wanted to run in every section of the course. I would slow slightly on uphills to 6.9 mph and boogey downhills 8.3 mph. First half of course is pretty rolling with a lot of nice downhill. Last 2-3 miles of the course seem all slightly uphill with a quick sprint downhill to the end. Great simulation that pretty much kick my arse!
