Planned strength intervals with warm and cool down. 6x1 mile at 7:45 w/ .25 recovery at 10:12. Felt good and likely over did intervals but they felt strong. Been dealing with a recurring femoral nerve pain. Doesn't hurt while running, but after sitting if I touch the top of my thigh near my hip bone it send a burning shock down the leg. Have tried stretching and massage. Very weird. Oh well.
