Watch died on way back so mapped run and kept track of total time. First 5.3 with GPS, last 4.4 based on elapsed time. After running on trails and hills my calves are hurting. So much different running up hill on trail vs road. You get up on your toes and ouch, calves let you know the next day. Hoping the run would loosen up the legs... ok while running, but two hours later hurt. Will stretch and roll legs more tonight.
