Planned Interval/Speed workout - 5x1000K (.63mi) @ 6:46/1K. Jimbo met me at track and we did laps in rain and wind... fun! Glad he was there to push me. Ended up pushing the pace up a bit toward 6:34 range. Felt good and knew I could go faster. A bit tender on left ankle... felt slightly sprained. RICE. Interesting looking at Garmin graphs - tended to slow a bit at end of first lap and then pick it up last 1/2 lap! Wind was a slight factor also. Next weeks intervals are on Wednedsay - 6x400 @6:19 pace or 1:35/lap.
