1 mile warm up followed by 3x2 intervals up Mount Agamenticus with Laurie, Tom and Ron as a prep for Mt. Washington. Thought my heart was going to explode! Tough, tough run, or power jog! Certainly not screaming speed. Happy that I was able to do all 6 climbs running without stopping or walking. We would run up and then jog down and turn around and do it again. Had a 1 mile warmup before the intervals. Jane came along to cheer us on and did the walk up the mountain and back.
