Ended up doing 1.75 at MP, then upTM to 8.5 mph for 7:08 pace, for two miles, then 7:00 for 1 mile, the up to 9.1 for .5 miles and finished 8 miles at MP. Note some inside left ankle pain.

Nice except for the pain at the end. Not sure running fast on the treadmill is a good thing at least for me anymore.

Thanks Rob... That's why I am doing more cross training and trying to stay with my plan of running no more than 4 times per week, I think the ankle pain may be more related to skate skiing a bunch last weekend? Anyway, I would rather do the intervals and tempos inside for the time being until the WX gets better.
