I hate wind, especially cold wind that blows in your face the whole run, no matter if you are heading north, south, east or west. Started out running with Jane for first mile, then did an easy 10 at about 8:40 pace... Again the wind made this more of a mental struggle than a physical one. Yup, I hate wind. Anyway, long week with many miles for this old guy. A bit tired today and looking forward to an easy TM run in the AM.
