Hot and humid and I started too late... Try to stay in whatever shade I could find. Ran from Mom and Dad's to the Causeway and back. Met up with a runner named "Lance" from Los Angeles. About 50, did Boston 2 times and NY 1x. He is a teacher of Spanish and History in LA. Nice guy and helped pass the middle 7 miles. Brought 4 waters and 2 e-Gels. Could have used 2 more waters... Wicked hot and humid. Was aiming for MP+40... a bit fatsre... whatever!
